HIP HOP FOR THE SOL CHORUS: This is rap with a concious,Hip Hop for the Soul, Similes like Kweli on Some Kinda Wonderful, I rode the train of thought while I fought for equality- some say for too long, It was the beautiful struggle that made a weak man strong, A strong man becomes weak when he writes each song, 7 days a week I'm tryna right each wrong, And right about now I've found my joy within the zone <Verse One> It's unhealthy for me to breathe in this nicotine, I wanna do right, but I do wrong or so it seems, I pray for pleasant dreams, but receive nightmares, And please believe my flesh doesn't fight fair, And the Devil's right there with temptations of all kind, At the doorstep of my mind when I try to recline, He makes my thoughts rewind to a darker time, When sin was my master, livin life according to the ways of the world, Some die faster, but it always seems to end in a natural disaster, And a bad example can even be set by a Pastor, We live,we die, some are immortalized, And for the most part,at funerals there's never a dry eye, Just know I love you all, before I say my final goodbye. CHORUS <Verse Two> My darkest deepest fear is that my beliefs aren't clear, Not to those I don't know or the ones I hold dear, But to me,myself, and I,and more importantly the Most High, To my heart, mind, and soul I begin to ask why, Why do you believe what you believe? Is it because of the grace, love, and mercy I've received, Or have I been deceived by the webs that humans weave, An ancient book that ancestors took and translated, Possibly manipulated to control people of different races, Without knowin The Messiah on a first name basis, I wanna place my doubt in a spaceship, Send it to the moon, never to return, but then again soon, Trust what my spirits learned with the strength of a monsoon, In my heart I know you raised from the tomb. CHORUS <Verse Three> I wanna leave a legacy so people will remember me, Forgive those who offended me, Repent my sinful tendencies no matter what the blemish be, His Spirit steady cleansin me,used to bathe with the enemy, Way more than I should've,but when I'm dead and gone, You will have understood us,I'm referrin to my heart, mind, spirit, and soul, No longer in the physical, but now I'm truly whole, Reclaim your life's journey before it gets stole, Cause everything that glitters isn't always gold, I may never have the pleasure of havin records sold, But I'm still simply clay, that The Potter daily molds, Can't be lukewarm,He'd rather me be hot or cold. CHORUS
2.
LEADERS OF THE NOW SCHOOL <Verse One> If your ridin down the highway and you see a big truck, With no headlights on,don't press your luck, Don't flash yours to warn em bout the cops, It might be an initiation, you could end up shot, Now I don't know if that's the truth or not, But I'd rather you be cautious and blow up their spot, Tricks of the trade serenade like a grenade, Everyone would be happy gettin 15 an hour for minimum wage, Except college graduates displaying their rage, Deep in debt after 4 years turnin curriculum page, Now makin the equivalent of a high schoolers pay grade, They got it made in the shade,& if you earn your GED you can easily get paid, See now-a-days politicians are still in the position, To make major changes for the people,But they just won't listen, It's time for our generation 2 become the opposition, Legit competition,Leaders of The Now School, And it's a shame Hip Hop forgot how to. <Verse Two> Rain drops fall from the clouds of darkness, Pain stops now cause we suffered the longest, We're behind enemy lines, butchu said you were the hardest, You chose to disregard us cause the message wasn't garbage, Now we're gonna see what team will push the envelop the farthest, Wisdom oriented rebellious marauders, Mistakes are what taught us and brought us to this place, And the countries decision to keep the puzzle pieces hidden, Monopolize the game for their own selfish gain, Play the puppet, while these words become the scissors to your strang.

Clazzifiles 03:21
CLAZZIFILES CHORUS:(2 x's) Take a listen to the ClazziFiles, Punchlines, metaphors, similes, and freestyles. <Verse One> Take a look into the ClazziFiles, don't change the station, Don't touch that dial, for only 10 bucks, make it worth your while, Most of my competitors been drowning in the Nile, And that has two meanings there's no need to break it down, I transform deliveries when I'm flippin my styles, Though it seems your ahead of me,it's all about longevity, I'll get further than you will based upon integrity, God's plan was sent to me and I chose to let it be, Positive energy will potentially transform kinetically, I hope your gettin me cause I belong to the Kingdom, Plus I've become bolder ever since I've seen him, Rappers actin on TV,I don't aspire to be em, There's souls that are starvin,so my mission is to feed em, Praise Jah everyday cause I need Him, By the time I finish this rhyme, your spirit will be agreein, You could find me overseas, but I'm no European, The vision that I'm seein is a dream comin true, I've paid my dues homie, what about you? CHORUS <Verse Two> Dimples manifest when lips crack a smile, Tribulations & trials give birth to joy- Like when a man & the woman he loves conceive a baby boy, Train him in the truth as youth so when he's grown it won't depart, Lead him 2 the narrow path so it'll finish where it starts, Throw darts, shoot pool, play sports in high school, Middle school and recreation, develop real friends, Appreciate your education, value communication it's part of human relations, So treat people how you wanna be treated, In every situation to avoid complication, Listen without sayin what brought fourth frustration, Cause MANipulation will exploit your every weakness, But it's a shame when the one's you love are used to teach this, Every lesson is a blessin synonymous with a mistake, You don't always get a 2nd chance with every glance you take, When the world makes mountains outta mole hills, Give it mustard seed movement- keep your mouth shut let your faith strut prove it, Actions speak louder when you walk what you talk, There's an enemy that stalks so we pray night & day, Dialogue with the general and the battalion- will not be lead astray, Obey His commands stand firm on the front line, The fox holes you share are for souls of like mind, Soldiers get wounded, hearts must be healed, Otherwise there's no strength for us 2 carry our shield, Go without stoppin but yield to direction if the lesson is eternal. CHORUS
4.
SKIPPING STONE CHORUS: I've hit my rock bottom, reached my mountain top Been between a rock and a hard place Tasted sweet honey in the rock I've met the Rock of Ages, read between his pages Carved my own story, one for each of my stages <Verse One> My soul was designed to find a precious stone, The rock that the other children always left alone, It was thrown at my face I could taste blood tricklin, I chose to stand my ground despite the scenario you stick me in, What weapon will you pick to win, when we go to war, I've got the wings of an eagle,so for now I'll simply soar, Because this gem is so much more,so much more, Than the pop rocks that you cop at the corner store, It's seen blood, guts, gore, felt betrayal and rejection, But the Chief Cornerstone was on the throne after resurrection. CHORUS <Verse Two> Hip Hop on the solid rock,we could do this non-stop, Climbin Mount Everest til we reach the top, Then sing praises down to the underground, Where the minerals are found and the MC's ain't clowns, But heavy is the head that once wore crown, So the precious stone I found has traveled thru many towns, It's become a global influence to many musical sounds, It even possesses power to turn a frown upside down, And starts to make a heart go from dark to light, Either in a matter of seconds or a cold winter night, But this rock right here ya'll,has got me livin right. CHORUS I'm like a skipping stone, creating ripples on the water My tectonic plates have shown the movement of the Father What kind of bedrock is your house built upon? What kind of gemstones join up to make your own unique song?

Jealous 00:50
JEALOUS What do I really want? Jealous! Everything he has, So blinded by greed that I can't see past, The mountain or the mole hill, confident in my own skill, Born where they shoot to kill from Fayetteville, But the past is behind me,So I won't seek God blindly, Treat my enemies kindly, hopin the Spirit will remind me, To destroy or rebuild, keep a tight clutch on the shield, Defend my heart, while my walk offends others at times, But I hope that's because His light truly shines, Righteous by faith, not the works that I've done, How many can I trust these days, Just a finger on my hand,One.

RE:TELL ME YOURS <Verse 1> First and foremost my Crimson cord starts with the Lord, Then moves to the umbilical of an individual, That gave birth to my physical then encouraged my spiritual, And I truly don't care who knows how much I love my Mama Bear, Thank you Donald Andrew Corrigan for always being there, Even when I didn't live by truth, but instead chose dare, Caused quite a scare during my teenage years, Since in the world I really had no cares, Other than rappin with the Ikeda brothers, Receiving love from their Father & Mother, It was like a 2nd home,College Lakes,Beat breaks, Freestylin in the zone, until the street lights came on, In Fayetteville,NC is where we roamed, It's obvious, when the 25th formed there was no stopping us, Iron sharpens iron we were lyrical lobbyist, Ahead of our time in rhyme, there was no You Tube, So how we supposed to get a thumbs up & a million views, That's not why we did it though, you should know that dude, It's all about respect and whatchu inject into your tunes, As the years passed by we added more to the platoon, Don Don,John, and a brother named Bonzo, Throw in Steve Kindle we dropped songs like bombs yo. CHORUS: At times my knees hit the floor, When I speak to the Lord, To see what's in store, This is my reply to Tell Me Yours <Verse Two> Francisco and AJ were the last two to join, We MC'd for the love, didn't receive much coin, Did a couple of shows, but couldn't turn short-into long term goals, I was way more concerned if the Mary Jane was rolled, Journeyed down a dark and lonely road just another lost soul, Selfish in my ways and those days I praised MC's, Tupac & Wu became the soundtrack to my l-i-f-e, I wasn't better or worse,I was indifferent, The lesson of manic depression was a blessin in disguise, It actually helped me reconnect with God and my guys, Forgiveness was applied in areas,I was despised, And even now as a grown man I'm dyin to apologize, Cause it hurt the depths of my soul, When my close friends cut ties and that goes from NC to MD, Not much can offend me,but I can't go on pretending, My feelings can only do so much bending before they break, Pain is my Crimson cord, how much more can I take, You see when I write rhymes I keep in mind what's at stake. CHORUS: At times my knees hit the floor, When I speak to the Lord, To see what's in store, This is my reply to Tell Me Yours <Verse Three> I saw some Rats in a Tunnel with Vision that gave me guidance, A New Breed of MC's that made me Stop The Music as well as the violence, Silence legalism and reject your condemnation, My struggles unseen like the movement of the Hip Hop nation, We need Peace in the next 586 Generations, You can always find Dert & Jerms at The Foundation, So Dokument that as we attack the radio stations, Dax told me to relax cause the Jurny is Big, While Sev said Speak Life into each and every mic, I Am Not Them,J.Petty was right,my emotions get irate like Big Shames, Cali Quake,Represent the 5-4 with every breath that I take, It's Saturday Night prepare to freestyle over the breaks, Griff,Zane One,and Donovan got what it takes. CHORUS: At times my knees hit the floor, When I speak to the Lord, To see what's in store, This is my reply to Tell Me Yours

Soap Box 01:09
SOAP BOX A man stands on a Soap Box with a book in his face, Reminded of the things he wish he could change or even erase, So he makes plans to expand what he gives versus what he takes, Over the years his perception had changed at an alarming rate, In regards to his faith, but he thought to himself, Is sharing his experience with others a risk he should take, Could it possibly be fate that one soul would relate, Or would the judgement and ridicule be too much to take, If he lived a life of love would he in turn receive hate, Could it make those he spoke to irate or worse yet infuriate- Those that aren't like-minded,or would the light shine so bright, Others would be blinded and reminded that to gain insight, You first have to search to find it,so he opened his heart- And let a humble king live inside it and just wondered about other kingdoms, And who did they reside with, the exterior may be stylish enough for us 2 look, But remember your just a man that stands on the Soap Box of Facebook.
8.
SIMILE PLACEMENT Purple people prayin in a steeple, squeezed together, To a King that last forever, never changes like the weather, But will sever dark dominions til chains are rearranged, And only freedom is left to gain, but not without the pain... Of an insane widow, who lay her head upon the pillow, After raisin 20 orphans with the friction of a brillow, So tell me who ends up bein the true hero, Bank account zero, but somehow you still actin like Pacino with no DeNiro, Life's not a big screen, and there's more behind the scene.. Then what is actually seen,Invisible Empires rise, but never fall, The truth is because it was never visible to ya'll. I do what i dont wanna do,cause the devil gotta lotta tricks, Like that blue dress that I can see thru- You threw a judgemental stone at me how could it be? Two years we were hittin the block together doin ministry, Feedin the poor, prayin for prostitutes, now you all about collection plates, Gettin filled up wit loot, well shoot,I guess you know now- The reasons I cant even mess witchu-as you slowly walk away, To do what the evil do,I'm breathin too, And I'm exhaling at the same time, sip coronas with lime, Every other week during the summer time, two Natty Bohs deep, So I'm composin me another rhyme, I ain't really got the time and nor do i have the patience, I used to record in the No White Flag basement, But things are different so when we speak we dont say it, Feelin like a martian that came from the womb of the spaceship, Simile Placement, metaphorical verses,I freestyle too much, I use punch lines while rehearsin, and yeah im still cursin, But my lifestyles worshippin, you can say what you want, You can feel how you feel,Ima be a godly man with or without a record deal. Yo..

Sincerity 01:08
SINCERITY I let my Father down again,I'm sorry isn't enough, It doesn't make up for the disappointment. I've caused a distance between us, And I'm not as upset with myself as I should be. It's almost like I don't care anymore. I've become numb to my own disobedience. It's like I don't value His forgiveness or treasure His grace. I should be more thankful, grateful, and disciplined. Thankful for the freedom He has given me. Grateful for the sincere forgiveness He provides for me. As well as more disciplined because of the mercy He allows me. So Father please accept my most sincere apologies, And give me strength.

SALMON FOR PETER Inspirational quotes give birth to relational folks, That in the long-term produce vocational hope, Manufacturin dope in lyrical rhyme form, packaged then promoted, In the top 25 dorms, everyone dies sure, but don't forget to ask yourself, What am I livin for, discover pearls of wisdom at the bottom of the ocean floor, While Jesus cooks Salmon For Peter upon the seashore, And kids make castles outta sand usin nothin but plastic buckets, And there own bare hands, the very existence of man Reflects the creator of love, but there's a joy from flyin kites in a storm, Up above, with a key on a string,Ben Franklin did his thing, But without lightning the Liberty Bell would never ring, So I thank El Elyon for everything because I know that He provides, And plus I know without Him I wouldn't have survived, But at times Jimbo,I wish it was me instead of you that ascended to the sky.
11.
Debonair 03:30
DEBONAIR <Verse One> You see,now-a-days alotta heads don't understand, That mainstream Hip Hop no longer holds the upper hand, Whether you claim MC or you just a Die Hard fan, On some Bruce Willis,Samuel L. Jackson type mess, But Ima break it down because there's so much to address, If you ain't buyin what I'm sellin, put my word to the test, I guarantee that it won't return void, the industry of music, Has been completely destroyed,it just took too long, So that's why I got annoyed, packed up my pen and put my pad away, But it's a brand new season and God resurrected J., I only speak in 3rd person when I'm droppin a rhyme, Debonair baby bear just give it some time. CHORUS: Debonair Baby Bear Debonair till we get there Debonair because we care Debonair like Sampson's hair <Verse Two> I crack jokes now and then, but with this pen, I ain't playin,no more delayin, there's to much music in my soul, To sit around watchin Netflix til I'm lonely and old, In my life and on the mic I tend be meek and bold, How many stories will be told, concernin your daily actions, Did you manifest sincere love or become a constant distraction, Bringin forth division based on how you think people should be livin, Keepin a record of wrongs when we've all be called to be forgiving, Think more than twice before makin life decisions, You can't hold us down like crucifixion cause we know that He is risen, They say the blinds leadin the blind,so I'm always prayin for vision, To lead whoever will listen to my college ruled composition, Discover you giftings,Become aware of your mission, The Kingdoms about collaboration and never competition. CHORUS <Verse Three> If I could make you aware, that He's the epitome of debonair, I wonder would you even care, would you pick up your mat & walk, Or would you simply stay there, stuck in a rut that you claim is unfair, He taught me how to be a gentleman,so I hope that your prepared, If we ever go on a date it might end up bein great, sip a refined wine, And possibly discuss our faith, but me pullin out your chair, Isn't up for debate,it's already done I'm a courteous son, I just pray everyday that I'm shinin like one, Leadin by example-so others dreams are never trampled, build each other up, Never tear down, unless your lifestyles similar to a ghost town, No life in sight, tumble weeds are like bad memories blowin around, Everywhere your two feet stand should be considered sacred ground, While every verse I writes an interchangeable noun.
12.
WORKING TIDAL <Verse One> Somethin so controversial took off without rehearsal, Now it's been embraced worldwide universal, Like the Zulu Nation, they say it's a product of Satan, But music in general is simply God's creation, What element of Hip Hop is your lifestyle embracin, Whether puttin pen to pad or a live demonstration, Crylon cans at the hands of graf heads sprayin, B-Boys and B-Girls deserve appreciation, DJ's cross fade without hesitation, I write in isolation to determine what I'm sayin, Or separate myself from the global infestation, Of deeds done in darkness without preparation, And that's my reason for spiritual hibernation, Restoration comes during rejuvenation, Feelin like a new man with a brand new dedication, This has been a PSA from JClazzification. <Verse Two> On the porch smokin cigarettes listenin to Bandcamp, As others say Father please forgive her for the tramp stamp, Writin til my hand cramps or words reach the off ramp, Train of thoughts damp from creative juices flowin, Livin out the gospel sometimes without knowin, Naturally supernatural seek the origins of omen, Cause words outspoken aren't synonymous with chosen, That's why some jewels I drop seem to remain frozen, Like the modern day ice age,new page, next chapter, If you don't stay in ya lane your life may fade faster, Take time with your approach, watch student become master, Nobody can escape a natural disaster, Even a woman named Katrina destroyed the Saints rafters, Church has deeper meanin than pleasin your Pastors, Get in where you fit in,put your hand to the plow, But before we do that we've gotta stand on solid ground, Discover the definition of truly bein found, Once lost, but now recovered by another brothers sound, Labeled Ninja Turtle cause it dwells underground.
13.
STAND UP ROUTINE If I were a comedian what would my jokes be? What would they sound like, would they look like me? Who would they entertain, would they be used for selfish gain? From what would I refrain? Leave impressions on the cerebellum of the crowds brain? But,would my jokes be like that last sentence, one in the same? If I were a comedian I'd hope to be a catalyst for change. You know, jokes with a purpose, To bring uncomfortable situations to the surface, But,then would fun and laughter no longer be the result of my service? If I were a comedian would I ever get nervous? Would I be afraid to remove my shirt in front of nurses? Or would I be the hero stopping those that snatch purses? My life has been comedic,so for now I'll close the curtains.
14.
TERMS OF LOVE I can longer be a spectator in and of life, Even if I never find a wife,I must see and fight thru the strife, The inner conflicting war of self has left me with no desire for wealth, At least not the monetary kind, when I recline to sip wine and break bread, It's for Holy Communion instead,so I keep my spirit fed, In remembrance of Him until His return, Praying for the Holy Spirit to help me learn various Terms of Love, Patience, kindness,no envy,no boasting,no pride, Not being rude, not being self-seeking, Not easily angered, keeping no record of wrongs, Not delighting in evil, rejoicing with the truth, always protecting, Always trusting, always hoping, always persevering, These are the various Terms of Love and they never fail. You see to me the love of God means various things, It can be found in the culture of Hip Hop and underground scenes, From the cyphers in LA to the battles in the Bronx, Everything's bigger in Texas not all are honky tones, And the love down in Memphis ain't strictly country folk, But 8-Ball & MJG seem to always give me hope, Their creativity floats down the river til hits the Crooked Letter, Then back up to ATL where the Dungeon Family never fails, Agape was inscribed on each one of the nails that crucified my Master, Love is in the music pourin out the ghetto blaster, Sometimes I pray real slow so the show goes faster, Cause at times instead of rhymes I wanna talk, eat, drink, And mingle amongst laughter, recall what happened after 9/11 & Haiti, Sincere love manifested, but these demonic forces hate me, I hope you appreciate me & everything I do, Koinonia happens when your chillin with your crew.
15.
AT FIRST SIGHT I sat back as you stared into my eyes with a blank look on your face, Not knowing what would happen next. Was it love at first sight? For me,for you? What would become of our relationship? At first I played coy,I joked with you, I tried to make you laugh with my original sense of humor. When you cracked that first smile I thought,"Yes,I'm in there like swimwear!" The more we talked, the deeper our conversations would get. Spirituality, racism, history, and many other topics. You would open up with me and I began to pour my heart out to you. I love you notebook, please say I do.
16.
BLOOD IN THE STREETS <Verse One> There's blood in the streets, There's murder in the air, Some don't even care, The other half is runnin scared, But slowly things change, And people turn around, Was "hands up don't shoot", Now blue suits are gunned down, So a frown develops, the grief process begins, I ask why weren't you mournin the other two young men?, Whose lives were taken, but now their memory lives on, In a divided nation, which side is justice on?, The news is dawnin snake skin, new story, new spin, I can't believe how they deceive, and the box they put us in. CHORUS: We turn a blind eye, When the other side dies, What kind of judgement do we use, Is power given only to abuse? <Verse Two> I don't need a list of names y'all should already know em, I don't trust the media as far as I can throw em, This man said CNN is being communist again, I hate to say it but at times he's OK with Fox and friends, And from what I've seen they're biased republicans, With a skewed point of you tell me when will it end, Label terrorists "Muslim" when its a shade of darker skin, Me and Greg Walker gotta message to send, Now This just in,another video again, Tell me how can you pretend that police brutality, Isn't part of our reality,we live in the same world, You should know it ain't a fallacy. CHORUS

The Dialogue 05:12

God's an MC 04:17
GOD'S AN MC CHORUS: Gods an MC,we hope to be his dope verses, speak life on Mics til we reverse curses, Walk with a humble strut cause nobody's perfect, Grace was embraced even though we don't deserve it, From freestyles & word play to metaphors on the curb kid, Souls keep searching, until they find truth, So keep an eye out cause it might be disguised as you. <Verse One> Tryna make it better, but it seems this life is hard, I was raised in College Lakes and saved on the boulevard, Though I didn't know Him then I still put my faith in God, Everyday was a struggle and I found that really odd, So I chose to oppose the foes that made the darkness grow, Got my Orioles hat with the brim tilted low, Lemme know if you can flow so we can blow for blow, Look me in the eye while we standin nose to nose, punk, Never pop the trunk cause I'm never bearin arms, I don't need a bodyguard cause I'm reciting the psalms, I ain't talkin church,I'm talkin bout a Kingdom, We've made a handful of advancements, butchu just haven't seen em, The empire is invisible I'm lost in my dreamin, Battlin my demons while I'm screamin durin nightmares, Trust me it gets ugly buddy- they never fight fair, And right there-somebody feels it deep within they heart, I'ma true MC and poetry's a lost art and that's not the only part, That gives me pain and grief,it's the mediocre millionaires, And albums they release and them ringtone rappers with gold in they teeth, I ain't hatin capeesh,I'm just sayin the least that they can do, Is give somethin positive back to me and you, The fact you went through all the things you boast and brag about, Should be the very reason you start to drag em out, Lend a helpin hand to those that don't understand, How to make a business plan then purchase some land, And give it back to the homeless man, reap what you sow, Watch your influence expand,I don't do music for fans, I do music for me,you label this a mixtape, but it looks like a CD, I freestyle for no fee in hopes to set the captives free. CHORUS <Verse Two> Perseverance is the clearance, This life is an experiment, The choices you make determine your endearment, Love those that hate, give more than you take, I'd say about 50% won't relate, Is it worth the debate, maybe maybe not, All you gotta do is be you and hold your spot, And whether or not we agree on certain issues, There will never be a reason for me to dismiss you. Verbal intercourse is the source of reproduction, Don't speak out loud if you ain't sayin I nothing, Cause we all know...you'll fall for anything if you don't stand for something, Just be true to self live in stealth,no frontin, Unseen in between the lines that are read, Without openin the Good Book you might be mislead, Or wind up dead,Two times over, So good luck with that, four leaf clover. Walk across lava til the soles on your shoes melt, Then explain the pain that you just felt, Never be afraid to cry out for help, Know thyself when moving messages in stealth, Don't forget spiritual health is the measure of your wealth, Never place pearls in front of pig snout, And don't worry if you don't know what I'm talking about, Replace a seed of doubt with truth as the root, You can observe that tree by the persons fruit, Love those that hate you even when they escape you, Check your expiration so nobody outdates you, But me myself I'm a man of simplicity, So I keep it complex cause they won't listen to me. CHORUS
19.
This Life 02:34
THIS LIFE <Verse One> Back at it again, but with a new spin, Not the turn tables but a guitar my friend, A journey on this earth, never know when it will end, But like LPG said the record will always spin, Whether lose, win,or draw,Jacob or Esau, Samson takin out many with the bone of a donkey's jaw, If you've seen what I saw any tool can be used, That's why He offers comfort to the spirit of the abused, Pain is my muse to explain the beatitudes, Cleanse my mind daily and let it be renewed, But I still struggle with bipolar attitudes, Forgive and forget cause I can't be mad at you, Movin along with my life is something I had to do, Find your location with longitude and latitude, You're forever in my heart, hope it's the same for you too. <Verse Two> Perseverance doesn't come cheap like the button ups on clearance, It takes humility mixed in with a lil bit of experience, Failure only means a couple more steps to success, Innocence perseveres like a woman's final white dress, Born in Qwa Qwa,South Africa- a village on the outskirts of Harrismith, Had no clean source of water,so empty buckets on head she must lift, A 3 mile trek for 11 years straight, never got AIDS,never got raped, She even walked amongst the lions, It was with pride she'd tell the others, she never got ate, Her grandmother said I continuously pray for you to escape, Poverty, injustice, racism, sexism, and the like, Persevere my dear you'll be quite alright, One day she left the village never to return, With a bucket of water on her head, the next village wouldn't burn.
20.
IT HAPPENED AGAIN So it happened again,I can no longer pretend that it's not my best friend, I pray that it will end,but then again I spend-weeks without my friend, Only to hang out with her again,3 minutes turn to 10,enslavin me again, Betraying me but then-the temporary pleasure doesn't measure, To my treasure, when God gets me through the stormy weather, Never say never when it comes to a serpent that is clever, Or a temptress dressed in leather, undressing herself whenever, Father help me get it together,If it takes pain over pleasure, To be with you forever,to You once again I surrender.
21.
Petty Thief 01:20
PETTY THIEF There's hardly a time I wanna spit about crime, It would simply shine on my juvenile mind, Got knocked for a trespass down in Myrtle Beach, Got knocked in Cumberland County for stealing some sneaks, And last, but not least stole some Newports outta car, On these Glen Burnie streets, the life of a petty thief, Doin wrong, livin wrong, knowin it won't right, Then all of that changed over the span of one night, They say seein is believing, but I heard the light, Made a conscious decision to fight the good fight, Keep my spirit contrite and humble in this concrete jungle, In the unseen realm is where light and darkness rumble, But in this earthly realm is where the modern man stumbles, Buildin temporary kingdoms only to watch em crumble, Rappers these days get on the mic and mumble, Based on their lyrics they sow and reap trouble, These words aren't meant to burst nobody's bubble.
22.
Beautiful 03:15
BEAUTIFUL CHORUS: In time we're gonna see it all, Takes time, but it is beautiful <Verse 1> Black and white sand beaches can teach us so much, We should unify instead of divide homie trust, strugglin with lust but the battle is gorgeous, I'm feelin like Aragon or William Wallace bearin torches, Don't trust what men say til you know what the source is, Of course this is one in the same,I rep the bloody thorns, Instead of my own name, joy comes after the pain, There isn't one without the other,so have a good day my brother. CHORUS <Verse 2> Anxieties been tryin me,but I'm steady fightin back, Shatterin glass like my name was Shaq, As a matter of fact it's got me writin similes that're whack, Instead of takin my time so the lyrics shine, I settle for a simple rhyme cause it's not the charts I wanna climb, It's the hearts and the minds-of listeners I'd rather reach, For now the topics anxiety on this subject I can teach, I choose not to preach,I let my lifestyle speak, and yes I feel uncomfortable due to my physique, But God looks at the heart,so I love bein unique. CHORUS <Verse 3> It's been 3 days since I've wrote or even spoke, I'm treading water barely stayin afloat, I hope my life will be a love note, To those I kept close or better yet most that I've met, When I leave this earth I pray it's a birth of no regret, Paid off all my debt and all bets are hedged, To Christ alone my allegiance is pledged, Please anoint me with joy upon my forehead, If the cancer returns to my Mother, please take my soul instead, Forgive me for the darkest thoughts I've had,but never said, And for makin a mockery of a marriage bed, Although I know reconciliation is why you bled, Allow the rest of my life to be Spirit led. CHORUS

Speaking Of 03:01
SPEAKING OF I heard the enemy proudly whisper... "We've captured your brothers and sisters, Soldiers who thought they had the world on their shoulders, I made em doubt, turns out they were Rollin around boulders, Doing meaningless tasks so they'd be first instead of last, They can't go from glory to glory,I've trapped em livin in the past, They don't pray when they fast, they only do it for selfish gain, To look righteous to the mass of people in the steeple, At times known as sheeple,,.." Then I replied, the sky is black now, It seems everything has fallen including the stars, They're on earth now drivin expensive cars, runnin up unspeakable tabs, At Hollywood bars, but that's all deception you can peep it from afar, Adjust your optical lens, discover a lack of true friends, Not everyone comes out on top when the story ends, But that's just the beginnin, you can find me behind pop screens, Comfortable and grinnin, the wheel of fortune stopped spinnin, Our inheritance eternal, this is for my Foot Soldiers,Captains, and Colonels, As well as 5 star generals discussin war reports at the urinal, Wash ya hands young man, rinse, lather, and repeat, No matter where your heart's at you got the perfect seat, Words tuck you in like these blue and white sheets, my life is incomplete so I compete with myself and when I look around I see nobody else,I hope you got the message cause I've written it in stealth, Now picture perfect passion, cardiac never collapsin, So you know what's gonna happen, when the pen hits the pad, To me this rappin ain't a fad, Hip Hop was my Dad and my Mama's poetry, So hopefully you'll notice me all my like half of Jodeci, Even when I'm gone,I hope your drawn to what I'm focusing on, I sacrificed my pawns until I got checkmate, Each bishop and knight that I used wore a righteous breastplate, There's a section in my mind that brings me Es-cape, From the weight that I hold on my shoulders like Atlas, Imagine if we lived in a world that was mapless,no direction, No division, each day discoverin new land, bow to no man, Only stand as equals, triumph over evils, A beautiful plethora of diverse peopl,an undetermined sequel, To how we're livin now, lead by example as simplicity breaks it down, I may be a dreamer, but I'm not the only one, Maybe this can be the new anthem for our daughters and sons.
